老師每年都會舉辦師生演奏會。在音樂的學習裡，練習、考試和演奏同等重要，而參與演出也是訓練的一部份。舉辦師生演奏會並非易事，由初步構思、物色合適場地、選擇表演曲目至場刊設計，每一項都十分耗時和精神，但我依然堅持每年舉行，因為透過演出及觀眾的掌聲鼓勵，學生能增加對彈奏鋼琴的自信心及興趣，也能培養互相欣賞的良好態度及聆聽音樂會的禮貌，提昇個人的藝術修養。
I organise Henrika & Students’ Concert every year. Organising a student concert, however, is absolutly not a easy project. The process of planning, finding a suitable venue, preparing performance pieces, making a house programme can be exhausting. Why am I still doing this? These performance opportunities allow students to display their skills and appreciate other student performers. Performing in front of audience also keep students motivated to progress, improve skills, and also develop self-confidence.
